Cao Bei-an
Cao Bei-an was born in 1957 in Shanghai, China.
Is now a member of the Belgium Royal Artists Association, of the International Water-colour Painting Salon, and an art teacher in Namur Water-colour Painting School (Belgium) and a special contributor of the magazine China Water-colour.
